Since I started working, I barely work out, and I'm telling you it's not how I live mode.
However, I do "tiny" exercise once in a while (lol), and pretending I live healthy.
I have hard time scheduling gym time, but I try not to skip working out. And I found an article showing ways to work out at home which is great!. Since I'm sensitive to my thighs, I find way to "cure" them by apply following steps:

1. Step ups:
2. Seated Sweeping Leg Left

3.Side Leg 90 degree Lift Squat

Have a great workout at home!
I'm not sure if I could keep up these 3 techniques to tone down my thighs ^^
