Thursday look and cookies

I recently love messy bright prints go with simple plain combinations. 

ps. i broke my zits restricted rules today, im so bad! 

anyways, besides making pan cakes for my morning treats, i may try making cookies on weekends, special ones following joy the baker recipes. 18 minutes baking for 24 cookies under 300F heat.

Dark Chocolate Pistachio Cookies

flour, salt, baking soda, creamed butter, sugar, egg, vanilla 

dark chocolate chunks, salted pistachios (yummm)

1/2 cup (1 stick)  unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 cup shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped

smoked salt for topping
